After embarking on a journey of discovering her True Purpose, Nami now brings her combined experiences as a former corporate executive and certified life and success coach to organizations around the world know One Truth: we better the world by bettering ourselves.
As a speaker, Nami inspires people to take the first brave steps on that journey into themselves. With a strong belief that everything starts at the top, Nami shares the tools she used on her journey with top leaders and executives, enabling them to show up as the best version of themselves, and encourage others around them to do the same.
It is Nami’s vision to establish the third quotient in the world: MQ – the mastery of your mind. As CEO and Founder of The Mind Quotient™, Nami is partnering with other activists around the globe to teach others how to achieve a high MQ. Nami says: “With a high MQ, you can get through the tough times in your life faster and smarter because you know yourself and know what you need. To get out, you must first go in.”

Melissa Stires,
Executive Coach
Melissa Stires is a Certified Advanced International Protocol Officer, a Leadership and Success Coach, and an accomplished event, marketing, and nonprofit executive with experience in the corporate, tech, and government sectors.

Melissa has been privileged to work with, advise, and train members of royal families, politicians, nonprofits, and business influencers worldwide. Melissa believes in the transformative power of ideas and the potential of business to drive social change for good.

Since 1999, Melissa has been driven by purpose and passion for creating connections and building relationships on a global scale. Through her public relations and international protocol training, Melissa developed unique insights and skills in cross-cultural communication and cultural sensitivity.

From orchestrating opening day events for The Washington Nationals Ball Park to launching the first-ever educational partnership with Fortune Magazine’s Global Forum to directing and producing the 40th Anniversary Celebration for H.E. Qaboos bin Said Al Said, Sultan of Oman, and leading delegations on more than 60 international goodwill expeditions, Melissa's experience is as unique as she is. These varied experiences allow Melissa to bring expansive knowledge into her work, which focuses on training and equipping individuals, c-suite leaders, and teams in executive coaching, international protocol, and high-impact events. From the boardroom to the banquet hall, Melissa knows how to motivate and lead her clients to achieve greatness.

Ideator, writer and storyteller —Shwetha brings her extensive experience and expertise in the digital marketing space. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and design partners, she brings a campaign to life from concept to launch with ease.

She is also the founder and co-host of Chai Break Podcast, where she gets to unleash her journalistic side.

When she’s not juggling words, she’s moving to the beats of Indian classical tunes both as a performer and teacher.

Shwetha calls New York City home, where she lives with her scientist husband and 7-year-old daughter, Diya.
